Virtual Tele-Health Physical Therapy
A full physical therapy evaluation performed over video-chat. You will receive a mechanical evaluation of the body part(s) in question. A provisional diagnosis will be deduced and subsequent instruction and education will follow. You will receive a summary of findings document, as well as a home exercise program (which will be demonstrated during your visit). Sessions will typically last 45 minutes, up to 1 hour.
